Charred halloumi salad

This is such a quick and easy lunch or light dinner and healthy too, as the halloumi is dry fried without the need for oil.


  • Halloumi (I used chilli halloumi but any is fine)
  • Mixed salad to suit


Prepare the salad. Heat a frying pan until hot. Slice the halloumi and add to the pan leave for around 2 minutes and turn when brown. Repeat. Remove from pan and devour. Delish.
