Fajitas are so easy to cook and also as it all goes in one pan, it’s also easy on the washing up.
You can use chicken, prawns or beef for these.
- Prawns shelled or chicken/beef diced
- 1 onion diced
- 1 red/green pepper chopped
- fajita seasoning (I buy this in a big tub from grape tree)
- Olive Oil
- Grated cheese
- Wraps to serve (2 each)
Heat the olive oil in a frying pan and fry the onion until soft. Add the meat and 3 teaspoons of spice and fry for around 10 mins. If using prawns add with the peppers as they take less time to cook.Add the red pepper and continue to cook for 5-7 minutes. Heat the wraps either in an oven, grill or on the gas ring and serve topped with grated cheese and salsa.
